		<description>Teleworks also has a minimum monthly spend so even if they dont call it a monthly fee, it still is a monthly fee.  Plus if you miss a payment you pay $25! fee and if you dont pay by regular installment plan you pay $5 each time on top.

Read the fine print in all these agreements first!</description>

You pay a registration fee of about $40 to be eligible to bid and then you can select the number you want.  If not one else wants it, it can be as cheap as $500.
